Job Vacancy – Children and Families Worker
We are a friendly church community in Dalston, looking for a Children and Families Worker to help us grow into the next season of our life together.
This role is part-time, for 15 hours per week, which includes Sundays, but can be worked flexibly during the working week.
The salary is £28,143 p.a. for a 37.5-hour week, pro rata (i.e. £11,257 pa.)
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about the discipleship of young people and a desire to make Jesus known to children and families in our church and beyond. We are a church community that has a vision to make and nurture disciples of people at every age and stage of life, and we are looking for someone to help us work towards that vision. We are looking to develop our ministry to children and families through a staff post for a mature Christian with an ability to teach and care for young people and who would encourage parents in their role as primary disciplers.
The role could be combined with further study or training, and we would welcome a conversation about how that might work.
